Enjoyable visit to the Parliament by Ankitaa Gupta,8A

Visiting the Parliament of India was one of the most memorable experiences

of my life. The grandeur of the Sansad Bhavan immediately filled me with

pride. As I entered, I felt that I was walking into the very heart of our

democracy, where the future of the nation is shaped. I had the opportunity to see the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha galleries. Sitting there, I could imagine the powerful discussions and debates that take place. It was fascinating to think that the same place has witnessed historic

speeches and decisions that changed the course of our country.

I also saw an Act of Parliament, which helped me understand how laws are

framed and passed. This gave me a real sense of how our democracy works

beyond just textbooks. Moving through the different blocks and galleries, I

learnt many interesting facts about the functioning of the Indian Parliament.

The entire visit was both educational and inspiring. It taught me the

importance of leadership, responsibility, and active citizenship. Overall, it

was a truly enriching experience that I will always cherish, and it made me

feel proud to be part of the world’s largest democracy.
