Introduction
The Art Therapy Masterclass, conducted for the Grade 12 Psychology students at Kothari International School, was a highly enriching and immersive experience. This workshop aimed to bridge the gap between theoretical learning and practical application, providing students with hands-on experience in exploring and expressing their emotions through various forms of art therapy.

Facilitator: Ms. Anusha Tyagi from Fortis Mental Health Department, an expert in art therapy and movement therapy, led the session. Her expertise and engaging approach greatly contributed to the workshop's success.
Activities and Methods:
Experiential Learning: The workshop was designed to be experiential, encouraging students to actively participate in activities that promoted self-exploration and emotional expression.
